The Power Plant: Walking Tour–Concrete Architecture

Graeme Stewart, architect, planner, and founding director of the Centre for Urban Growth and Renewal, will walk us through the concrete architecture of the 1950s in Toronto—structures and landscapes that resonate directly with Terence Gower’s exhibition, Embassy.

Gower, who has lived and worked internationally for many years, employs a range of media to investigate postwar material and intellectual histories, particularly as they connect to art and architecture.

Stay tuned for more information on the starting point and the route of this tour!
